Puig has set an ambition to surpass €8 billion in annual net revenues by 2032, aiming to rank among the top four premium beauty companies worldwide. The Spanish beauty leader revealed its Vision 2032 strategy during its Capital Markets Day 2026 in Madrid, detailing how it will achieve this through organic expansion and strategic scaling of its portfolio. The strategy centers on four key areas: prestige fragrances, niche fragrances, dermocosmetics, and the Charlotte Tilbury brand. CEO Jose Manuel Albesa stated the company will focus on strengthening its most successful brands while allocating resources to markets and sales channels where growth potential is highest.
Puig’s growth targets depend on outperforming the premium beauty market, a trend it has sustained for the past five years. The company plans to double Charlotte Tilbury’s revenue by 2032, extending the brand into skincare and fragrance. This follows the brand’s rapid expansion since its acquisition in 2020, when it tripled in size. In fragrances, Puig will enhance its position in both prestige and niche segments. The company will expand its feminine prestige fragrance portfolio, which currently accounts for about 45% of its business despite representing 65% of the global market. Brands like Carolina Herrera will develop as dual-axis beauty brands, combining perfumes with cosmetics. Meanwhile, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier will drive growth through innovation and global marketing initiatives.
The niche fragrance division, Puig’s fastest-growing segment, will see further development of brands like Byredo and Penhaligon’s. These will be expanded selectively in the US and Asia-Pacific while maintaining exclusivity and profitability. Dermocosmetics represents another priority, with Puig targeting doubled sales for its French brand Uriage by 2032. The company has also agreed to acquire Isdin, a skincare brand generating approximately €650 million in 2025 revenues. Upon completing the deal in early 2027, Isdin will join Uriage and Apivita to form a dermocosmetics platform with combined revenues exceeding €1 billion. Puig’s approach includes a more integrated operating model to accelerate profitable growth while preserving creative independence.
The company will strengthen its presence in EMEA, Latin America, and travel retail, while expanding in North America and Asia-Pacific. In travel retail alone, Puig has climbed from sixth to third-largest fragrance player since 2021, increasing market share from 9.6% to 13.0%. The strategy combines organic growth with selective acquisitions to broaden capabilities and market reach. Executive Chairman Marc Puig noted the company enters this phase from a position of strength, having surpassed €5 billion in net revenues in 2025—more than tripling its revenue over five years. Six growth opportunities have been identified: digital expansion, scaling in Asia-Pacific, growing niche fragrances in the US, strengthening feminine prestige fragrances, expanding Charlotte Tilbury’s distribution, and deepening dermocosmetics presence.
Success in these areas will determine whether Puig meets its 2032 revenue goal. The company’s long-term vision remains rooted in family ownership and creative culture. With a focus on profitability and market leadership, Puig appears well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory in the coming years. Puig’s Q3 2026 revenue reached €1.4 billion, a record for its fragrance and makeup divisions. Charlotte Tilbury announced a collaboration with pop star Christina Aguilera for its 2026 Christmas campaign, enhancing its visibility. The next phase will require executing growth priorities while managing regulatory approvals for key acquisitions, including full ownership of Isdin.
Completing this deal in early 2027 will mark a major step in Puig’s dermocosmetics expansion. Charlotte Tilbury’s revenue growth will rely on a phased introduction of new product categories. The brand’s skincare line, initially planned for 2028, will include targeted treatments and serums to complement its makeup and fragrance offerings. Puig will prioritize selective distribution in high-growth markets while maintaining exclusivity to preserve its premium status. The brand’s fragrance innovation will extend beyond standalone scents, with plans for limited-edition collaborations and seasonal collections tied to cultural moments. Puig will refine its digital engagement strategy, using influencer partnerships and interactive content to boost sales in emerging markets like the Middle East and South Korea.
The Christina Aguilera campaign, debuting in late 2026, will showcase the brand’s holiday collections, appealing to younger consumers while retaining its luxury audience. The Isdin acquisition remains pending regulatory approval, with Puig targeting full ownership by early 2027. The deal will integrate Isdin’s €650 million revenue stream into Puig’s dermocosmetics platform alongside Uriage and Apivita. The combined entity will focus on expanding into new regions, including Latin America and the US, where demand for medical-grade skincare is increasing. Puig will strengthen Isdin’s direct-to-consumer channels, particularly in digital platforms, to reduce reliance on traditional pharmacy distribution. Operational integration will require aligning Isdin’s product development with Puig’s broader dermocosmetics strategy, particularly in sun protection and anti-aging treatments.
Synergies will include supply chain optimization and shared marketing initiatives across the three brands. Uriage’s e-commerce infrastructure will serve as a model for scaling Isdin’s digital presence, while Apivita’s natural ingredient focus will complement Isdin’s science-backed formulations in joint campaigns. The acquisition will also enhance Puig’s regulatory capabilities, as Isdin operates in highly regulated markets like Spain and the US. The company has demonstrated its ability to manage such challenges through past integrations of acquired brands. The dermocosmetics platform will prioritize clinical validation for new products, ensuring compliance with evolving beauty standards while maintaining its reputation for effectiveness.
Expanding Charlotte Tilbury’s Reach Beyond Makeup
Puig’s strategy to increase Charlotte Tilbury’s business by 1.5 times by 2032 will involve a staged rollout of new product categories.
Puig’s acquisition of Isdin faces regulatory approvals, with full ownership expected by early 2027. The company has successfully managed similar challenges in past acquisitions.
