Skin Rocks is expanding its presence in Scotland through a partnership with One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh. The collaboration will introduce a professional facial menu in October, combining Skin Rocks Pro products and protocols with treatments delivered by One Spa therapists.
New treatments and packages
Guests can choose from three Skin Rocks facials or the One Spa Skin Rocks Ritual, an 80-minute signature treatment exclusive to the Edinburgh venue. The ritual pairs a back massage with a customized facial, incorporating Skin Rocks’ lifting massage technique to ease muscular tension and support skin health. A Rock Your Spa Day package is also available.
Fiona Young, Spa Director at One Spa, said the search for a results-driven skincare partner took over 12 months. Skin Rocks’ focus on efficacy and professional education informed its selection. Skin Rocks founder, Caroline Hirons, expressed excitement about the partnership, praising One Spa’s reputation for luxury wellness and expertise.
Expanding partnerships in the spa industry
This agreement follows Skin Rocks’ first Scottish luxury spa partnership with Fairmont St Andrews, announced in May 2026. That collaboration introduced a 50-minute bespoke facial.
Other notable partnerships in the industry include Kama Ayurveda at Fairmont Cheshire, offering Ayurvedic rituals and a permanent boutique with 32 products. In London, The Dorchester Spa partnered with La Prairie to introduce personalized facials and the exclusive 1931 The Dorchester Skin Caviar Ritual, priced at ÂŁ600. 111Skin entered its first hotel partnership in Morocco at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, offering four facials influenced by aesthetic medicine.
For instance, SunsolveMD brought its mineral sun care range to Asaya Spa at The Chancery Rosewood London. Similarly, Townhouse, a luxury nail salon brand, opened its first location within the Champneys estate at Champneys Tring.
